If you’re local to Cambridge, Ontario, you can select Free Local Pickup at checkout. I’ll email you to arrange a pickup time.
📦 Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package leaves my hands, it’s in the care of the carrier. I’m not responsible for packages lost, delayed, or damaged during transit — but if something goes wrong, please reach out! I’ll do what I can to help you work with the carrier and find a solution.

If your package arrives damaged, contact me within 7 days with clear photos of the item and packaging so I can assist you.
