Refund & Return Policy

💫 Returns & Exchanges

I want you to love your order! But because my products are handmade — and often personalized — here’s how I handle returns and exchanges:

  • Non-Custom Items: You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Custom & Personalized Items: All custom orders are final sale — these are made just for you, so I can’t accept returns or exchanges on personalized items.

💫 Refunds for Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the outer packaging

I’ll work with you to find a solution — whether that’s a replacement, store credit, or refund (depending on the situation).

💫 Refund Exceptions

  • I do not offer refunds for:

    • Buyer’s remorse (aka "I changed my mind").

    • Orders where the shipping address was entered incorrectly.

    • Delays caused by Canada Post, customs, or holidays.

    • Slight variations in color, wood grain, or design — that’s part of the handmade charm!

💫 How to Start a Return or Claim

To start a return or report a damaged item, email me at jojocraftsandco.business@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). I’ll respond within 48 hours.
